The 100 Crore Club
Eight months of structured guidance from experienced facilitators and the CII mentor network, as you build the structures, leadership and finance a ₹100 crore business runs on.
For established owners scaling from ₹15-40 Cr toward ₹100 Cr.

Breaking the ceiling
You've built a strong business.
The next curve needs a different engine.
₹15-40 CR → ₹100 CR
Businesses in the ₹15-40 Cr range have proved they can build a product, find customers and create a viable enterprise.
Moving to ₹100 Cr isn't about doing more of the same. Growth begins to expose structural gaps that create a soft glass ceiling.
The barrier isn't ambition. It's the operating system underneath it.
Today
The business runs on the founder's vision, drive and instinct. That is exactly what has carried it this far.
The shift
Systems and a strong second line carry more of the load, so the business can scale far beyond any one person's bandwidth.
~30%
of India's GDP comes from the MSME sector.
The next stage is not about working harder. It is about building the systems and leadership that let the business grow well beyond the founder's own bandwidth.

Eight core functions of the business, covered one at a time.
A clear, evidence-based direction for what comes next, and the experience that puts it to work.
Across products, customers, channels and geographies, with projections you can plan against.
A working-capital view alongside your funding and capital requirements.
Performance under Bear, Base and Bull scenarios.
The analysis converted into clear next steps, in order of focus.
Learning that travels from the room into the business, and stays there.
Across the eight months, one core function at a time, with handbooks, case studies and action trackers to work from.

Select frameworks are implemented directly in your business, with members of your second-line team trained to run and repeat them.
Progress is reviewed after each session so the practice is adopted and holds over time, not left as theory from the room.
